Sunday March 2nd @ Blackberry Creek Elementary School we are having player evaluations, uniform fitting and a parent meeting. We are also looking for volunteers to assist, please take a look at this sign-up for opportunities to help.
Uniform Fitting : Noon to 4:00 PM
Your player has an opportunity to try on sample sizes to verify the pants and jersey size they ordered is correct. If you cannot make this fitting then the size that you ordered is what will be delivered with your uniform.
Used Equipment Drop-Off : Noon to 4:00 PM
We will be collecting used equipment donations of the following items in good condition.

Catchers Gear

Catchers Mitts
This is a great time to clean out the garage of those previous years softball equipment that your kids have grown out of!
Parent Meeting : 1:15 to 1:30 PM
An informational parent meeting will be held in the Multi-Purpose room to go over the upcoming season and answer any questions you may have.
Evaluations
Only Minor A, Majors and Juniors players need to attend evaluations. Players ONLY need to attend the session for the division they are registered for.

Players should arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in. Each player should bring their glove, bat and helmet and wear gym shoes.
If your player does not have a helmet or bat KYSLL will provide them for the evaluations. More information about evaluations can be found on our Evaluations Page on our website.
NOTE: due to space limitations and safety we ask that parents wait outside the gym during evaluations.
